The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) is the municipal organization of Mumbai's satellite town Navi Mumbai. On 17 December 1991 NMMC was constituted by the State Government for catering to the requirements of 29 villages in CIDCO Navi Mumbai project. MADC was constituted in the year 2002 by the Government of Maharashtra (GoM) as a Special Purpose Company. Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation is a body of the Government of Maharashtra responsible for development of tourism in the Indian state of Maharashtra. It has been established under the Companies Act, 1956, (fully owned by Govt. of Maharashtra) for systematic development of tourism on commercial lines. Since Inception it was involved in the development and maintenance of the various tourist locations of Maharashtra. MTDC owns and maintains resorts at all key tourist centers and having more resorts is on the plan.
AAKAR ABHINAV Consultants Pvt. Ltd. has prepared the GAD, prepared the DPR and cost estimates. On the basis of the cost estimates the tenders were invited. The tender has been awarded to M/s. Mahavir Construction.

Aakar Abhinav Consultants Pvt Ltd. have designed the FOB near Sanpada & Turbhe for the MMRDA. Various alternatives for FOB were prepared and presented to the Client. Based on the selected alternatives the final elevations and General Arrangement drawings were prepared.

Aakar Abhinav Consultants Pvt Ltd. undertook traffic surveys before and after opening of J.J. flyover along the screen lines of Mumbai city. The traffic characteristics of screen lines counts were analysed so as to understand the traffic diversion. The results were submitted in the form of reports.
The entire road development has been envisaged in phases. The detailed cost estimates for the roads were prepared as part of the detailed project report. These estimates were sanctioned by the Government authorities and now tenders have been invited. The works for Rs. 100 Cr have been completed.
Aakar Abhinav Consultants Pvt Ltd. is involved in the entire Architectural Planning along with site planning, coordination with various consultants, preparation of BOQ & tender etc. The building is completed except the finishing works.
