Maharashtra Airport Development Corporation (MADC) is Special Planning Authority for the MIHAN project and as part of the duties of SPA a development plan needs to be prepared for entire Special Planning area about 4400 hectare as per MRTP ACT.

Aakar did existing land use (ELU) along with the economic base and the market study for the MIHAN area. On the basis of the same ELU economic base, regional context a Development plan (proposed land use plan) was prepared for the area of 4400 ha.

The residential population as well as employment / were projected. The development control rules were formulated along with the land use zoning and the same was presented in the form of report.

The report covering development plan proposals were submitted to MADC for onward submission to Government of Maharashtra.

The Planning proposal/Development plan has been published for suggestions and objection and after due public hearing the plan has been sanctioned by Urban development department ,GoM

Service Rendered - Data collection, Survey, analysis of Satellite Imagery, Preparation of ELU maps, Preparation of Development plan, Development Control Rules (DCR). AACPL prepared ELU, Master Planning proposal and Development Control Rules for Shirdi airport notified area of 351 ha area as per MR&TP act. The development plan and DCR have been approved by urban development department Govt. of Maharashtra.

Service Rendered - Voluntary Land Pooling scheme of 3694 Ha (37 sq. km) area near Khalapur from 11 villages Located between Mumbai (70 km) & Pune (80 km), along the Mumbai Pune Expressway and National Highway-4. Stakeholders consists of Gram panchayats, Land Owners, Villagers, SPA:NAINA and Govt. bodies AACPL prepared concept master plan after analysis of existing development models to arrive at Robust PPP Collaborative Equity Model on the lines of Magarpatta City and CIDCO NIANA Scheme. The project is approved by CIDCO and a partnership MOU of Rs.4622 Cr was signed by CIDCO with Khalapur Nagar Panchyat in presence of Chief Minister of Maharashtra in Make in India event on 17/02/2017

Service Rendered -Carried out market demand study for likely uses, Master planning, Land use, DPR for entire infrastructure ,Project costing. Assisting MTDC in Bidding Process and Finalization of Preferred Bidder for the Land Developer/Concessionaire. AACPL is appointed as Project Management Consultant for the project in vicinity of world heritage site. AACPL has prepared Master plan for the project with cost estimates and detailed drawings etc. Presently the project is awaiting for final approval from state government.

Services Rendered -

• Prepared District Tourism Master Plan report and Presented, submitted to Maharashtra Tourism Development corporation .The District Tourism master plan has mapped all existing Tourist destinations along with infrastructure gap analysis and has suggested development strategy for these locations along with development of circuits within the district and outside district.
• The report also proposes promotion and marketing strategy for the district with more emphasis Promoting Aurangabad as “Heritage City “at international level ‘Tourism Capital of Maharashtra’ at national level.
• A total outlay of Rs. 300 cr. has been proposed for next 10 years. The implementation strategy & source of funds is also suggested in the report.
• The Report has got approval from MTDC and is now forwarded to Department of Tourism Govt.of Maharashtra for further sanctions and approvals.
