About 33 ha. Of areas has been developed by CIDCO has as central park in Kharghar. After opening of the Central Park, it was observed that certain pockets of this Garden are getting flooded. Aakar Abhinav were invited to solve this storm water drainage problem. Consultants studied the storm water drainage pattern of this central park and designed the swales as well as storm water drains which will take care of the storm water drainage of this area. Rain water harvesting measures were also incorporated in the design.
