Scope - The scope of work consist of Examination of site constraints & potential, Assessment of existing infrastructure, Analysing the comparative advantages, Carrying out market study, Potential of the land, Preparation of Masterplan and broad infrastructure plan including roads, storm water drains, water supply, waste water disposal, Solid waste disposal, electricity, telecommunications etc. Preparing the Block cost estimates, Valuation of the property, Identifying possible business model for the data centre, Financial analysis, and Feasibility Study report.
